I tried my best to pay my creditors but with high interest rates I was just drowning in credit card debt. I always took pride in paying my credit cards on time. It started to become harder every month to pay the monthly bills as it was overwhelming. I dreaded having to deal with paying the cc every month. The stress was too much. Just paying the monthly premium just added to what I owed every month by not paying the Interest. If I payed both there wasn't any money left for me to live on. I felt embarrassed and ashamed that I was in this situation. How did this happen with excellent credit rating? Life happens! Situations arise where I had no choice but to use credit. I had one situation after another that I had to use my cc more than I wanted to. Like the old saying "I was caught between a rock and a hard place!" Thinking I could pay it back within a reasonable time didn't work out for me. I tried the avalanche approach paying more to the lower credit cards. Nothing was working for me but to call a bankruptcy lawyer. The anxiety and stress was out of control for me. I couldn't even sleep at night as this was overbearing. Then I found Kimberly Kramer. I was so nervous with the thought of bankruptcy. When I first met Kimberly she immediately sensed my stress overload and put me at ease. She is a very caring and compassionate person who listened to me and took time explaining the process. She went over my options and what was best for my situation. Just talking to her reassured me that her experience in bankruptcy and knowledge was the person to handle my situation. She was able to calm my storm every step of the way.
