Your health and the health of my staff are very important to me. As you know our Federal, State and Local governments have all taken precautionary measures to stay ahead of COVID19. I’ve had several calls from very anxious clients. While I don’t think we need to panic and hoard supplies, I do believe we need to heed the warnings of our country’s leading experts on disease.
Your legal matter is important to me.
I am working remotely with clients. You can reach me by calling or emailing. I am calling clients during the day and working to reschedule court hearings as information becomes available from our Judges and the US Trustee.
Because of this your calls may go to voicemail. I will not be able to respond to VMs and emails as quickly as normal but promise to connect within 12 hours. Valerie is working remotely and you can contact her with emergencies via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). She will make sure I’m interrupted for your emergency. Please only contact her with emergencies and rest assured that I will respond promptly.
We are prioritizing matters and doing everything we can to make sure your legal matter is handled with the skill and kindness you’ve grown accustomed to from my office.
I am taking appointments remotely. I will make arrangements to “meet” with you via phone, email, Skype or FaceTime.
If you have a court hearing scheduled during the month of April or May please watch your email and check your voicemail. Most hearings are not being held. I am calling people with scheduled hearings as news becomes available.
If you have an emergency (e.g. a foreclosure or repossession) leave a message for me at 989-671-4333, email us at Kimberly@kramerlaw.org or Valerie@kramerlaw.org or text me at 989-737-9552. We are committed to ensuring that the current interruption in business should not and will not impede your rights or lead to loss of property.
We kindly ask that routine matters take place by mail or phone for the time being. We can take payments, answer general questions, go over pleadings and mail via telephone and email until things return to normal. Your patience is appreciated.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact me.
